Characteristic:

Description:

Using copper and magnesium oxide powder as core materials, this product possesses four major characteristics: explosion-proof, corrosion-resistant, high-temperature resistant, and mechanically damage resistant. It also boasts advantages such as a small bending radius, smokeless and non-toxic operation, and overload resistance, making it suitable for high-temperature and high-safety/environmentally friendly applications in metallurgy, cement, and other industries.

Features a seamless copper sheath and compacted magnesium oxide powder structure, effectively preventing flammable gases, oil vapors, and flames from contacting electrical equipment. Corrosion resistance is achieved through the copper sheath's inherent corrosion resistance; no additional protection is needed in normal environments, while a plastic outer sheath can be added for particularly corrosive environments. 

High-temperature resistance allows for continuous operation at 250℃ and short-term operation at 1083℃, with stable insulation properties of magnesium oxide. 
Mechanical damage resistance is ensured by the excellent strength and toughness of the conductor and sheath, and the highly compressed magnesium oxide powder forming a dense whole; the sheath remains undamaged under impact, bending, and other deformations, the core wire position remains stable, there are no short circuits, and electrical performance is unaffected.

① Small bending radius (≤60D, where D is the cable diameter), compact laying space, convenient installation, can replace busbar trunking and is suitable for confined spaces; 
② Smokeless and non-toxic, composed entirely of inorganic materials, does not spontaneously combust in case of fire, produces no toxic fumes, safe and environmentally friendly; 
③ Strong overload resistance, magnesium oxide melting point 2800℃, current carrying capacity is one section level higher than ordinary plastic cables, overload capacity is more than 10 times the normal capacity, can quickly recover after overvoltage and insulation remains undamaged.
