Description:
Designed specifically for high-precision electronic equipment, this cable boasts excellent high-frequency signal transmission performance, effectively resisting electromagnetic interference to ensure accurate and stable data transmission, and is compatible with various precision electronic instruments and equipment.
In automated control centers, precision laboratories, or high-end manufacturing equipment, even the slightest signal distortion or interference can lead to data errors, control malfunctions, or even system shutdowns. This series of cables for electronic computers and electrical instruments with rated voltages of 450/750V and below is designed as a "high-fidelity nerve" for such critical scenarios. It transcends the scope of ordinary connecting wires, focusing on achieving lossless and stable signal transmission and reliable delivery of weak power in complex electromagnetic environments, serving as a core foundational component ensuring the "clear hearing and sight" of intelligent systems.
1. Ambient Humidity: The cable is permissible for fixed installation or mobile use in environments with relative humidity greater than 80%.
2. Core Operating Temperature: Under the specified humidity conditions, the long-term operating temperature of cable cores with different insulation materials should not exceed:
• Fluoroplastic insulation: 200℃
• Silicone rubber insulation: 180℃
• Cross-linked polyethylene insulation: 90℃
• Other insulations (e.g., PVC): 70℃
3. High Temperature Protection: During use, cables should be protected from direct radiation or contact with high-temperature sources to prevent exceeding their allowable operating temperature.
4. Laying Temperature: The ambient temperature during cable laying should not be lower than 0℃.
5. During installation, please follow the following bending radius requirements:
Unarmored cables: The bending radius should be no less than 6 times the cable's outer diameter.
Cables with armor or shielding: The bending radius should be no less than 12 times the cable's outer diameter.
Shielded flexible cables: The bending radius should be no less than 6 times the cable's outer diameter.
